As a regular st the pub next door this is disappointing, now I'm not sure it was a problem with the language barrier but ordered a Vegetable Dansak (vegan style) with steamed rice. Got home to find several chunk sof chicken in a very watery curry saice. Needless to say the while thing went in he bin and I won't be going back anytime soon.

It is not very often I have an Indian, but when I do, I really enjoy it, but not tonight! Not only did it go to the wrong address when it arrived it was so full of grease it was in edible, it looked like something out of slop bucket and the biryani sauce had the most weird flavour to it, that I can’t describe. I’ve had it here from lots of times before and never have I experienced this. No point in ringing back as they couldn’t understand me on the phone! But will be putting it in writing to the owner!

We were on holiday and wanted to have an indian takeaway. We googled, and Spice Indian came up just off the route back to our accommodation. The front of house guy was very pleasant and personable. We had a short wait as expected for the food, which was obviously being cooked fresh. When we got back to our cottage, we were delighted with the food, and they had included a free portion of bombay potatoes. The meals were excellent with hand-made nan bread and great pilau rice. Needless to say, there was nothing left. It was great. Thanks, Spiced India. You did us proud.
